Agreement for sale and purchase of freehold property, Tywardreath

Parties:

1) John Cosmo Stuart Rashleigh, esquire of Menabilly.

2) Prynn Richards of 40 North Street, Tywardreath.

Agreement for sale by 1) to 2) of all that piece or parcel of land with the two cottages erected thereon situate in the Churchtown of Tywardreath, bounded on the north west by a highway, on the north east by a messuage and garden the property of 1) and now in the occupation of the representatives of W Hewett, on the south by land the property of Messrs Charles John and Frederick Harris Knight, and on the south west by the messuage and garden formerly the property of 1) but sold to Elizabeth Columb Jose, also all that piece or parcel of land used as a garden by the hereinbefore described hereditaments, also all that piece of ground known as part of Glebe Field and being a portion of the field numbered 787 on the Ordnance Survey map.

Consideration: £180 from 2) to 1).
