The Davidstow lands in Davidstow Churchtown, Govellick Tremblether and Hender and Tithes to the use of son John Nicholls for life and then to his intended wife Mary.
The Manor of Waddafast, Treseat, Trefeasing, Tresoke, Bonhale, Treglasta, Tipton, Tresmarro, Trewassa, Trelash, Slade and Burloine with the Advowson of Marhamchurch to the use of John Nicholls' son.
John Nicholls junior to pay John Pearse an annuity of £30 and £20 to Mary, wife of John Pearse, and £10 to Elizabeth Pearse.
