Copse wood now growing in Hilton wood, about 32 acres, being part of Hilton tenement now in in occupation of John Pethick, with liberty to cut, fell and rick the same and carry it away, leaving in every acre 12 standers of oaks according to statute, and paying tithes to the parson of Whitstone.
